The experiences that I have had at The Broadmoor have been second to none. My first visit on business with Delta Dental was in 2004, and I remember when leaving I felt that this was one of my favorite places on Earth. The hotel alone is amazing, pristine and beautiful. These days everyone can build a great hotel, but where an indelible difference is made with guest experience is with the staff. And that’s why this property was tops in my book last year. The highly trained staff is so intuitive to guest needs and downright friendly it actually took some getting used to. Every staff member would make eye contact and say hello in such a natural way it was beguiling to behold. Their friendly overtures were so genuine it took me a day to realize I didn’t actually know these people; they were just doing their job.

It is hard to put into words how wonderful the conference was and how absolutely terrific the ENTIRE staff of the Broadmoor was! BY FAR, this was our best conference ever and much of it has to do with the service, friendliness, responsiveness, attitudes and hard work of the entire Broadmoor staff. SO many of our attendees felt this was the best hotel anywhere in the world that they have ever stayed in. That is a huge compliment because these people travel a lot!
